Dough:
Flour - 260-300 g
Sugar - 75 g
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Boiling water - 250 ml
Kefir - 500 ml
Cooking:
1. Mix everything except soda and oil. The mass should be homogeneous without lumps.
2. Dissolve the soda in hot boiling water and quickly pour it into the dough. Thoroughly stir and leave the dough for 10-15 minutes.
3. Add the oil and mix gently.
4. Bake the pancakes and spread with some butter.
