Breakfast is sacred to me, so here's my favorite recipe for healthy granola without syrups, liters of oil, and all other unnecessary calorie additives.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 400 g
Bananas - 3 pcs
Any nuts, dried fruits, coconut flakes, and a bit of cocoa powder - 300 g
Preparation:
- Spread the oatmeal thinly on a baking sheet and dry it in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 C.
- Mash the bananas into a puree and mix them with the oatmeal.
- Spread the mixture evenly and return to the oven to bake, occasionally taking it out and stirring.
- Chop the nuts and dried fruit finely, add them to the oatmeal mixture, and stir again.
- Bake until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burning the oatmeal.
- Cool and transfer to a jar.
