Sugar-free granola

Breakfast is sacred to me, so here's my favorite recipe for healthy granola without syrups, liters of oil, and all other unnecessary calorie additives.

 

Ingredients:

Oatmeal - 400 g

Bananas - 3 pcs

Any nuts, dried fruits, coconut flakes, and a bit of cocoa powder - 300 g

 

Preparation:

  1. Spread the oatmeal thinly on a baking sheet and dry it in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 C.
  2. Mash the bananas into a puree and mix them with the oatmeal.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly and return to the oven to bake, occasionally taking it out and stirring.
  4. Chop the nuts and dried fruit finely, add them to the oatmeal mixture, and stir again.
  5. Bake until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burning the oatmeal.
  6. Cool and transfer to a jar.
