I don't know about you, but as a child, I went crazy for these cookies, not the store-bought ones, but my mother's homemade ones with real boiled condensed milk.
Dough:
Flour - 420-450 g
Melted butter - 200 g
Sugar - 100 g
Eggs - 3pcs
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Filling:
Boiled condensed milk - 400 g
Butter - 100 g
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs with sugar.
- Add melted butter and mix.
- Add flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
- Grease the mold for nut-shaped cookies with butter. Put a little bit of dough into each cavity and bake until golden brown.
- Cool the "shells" well.
- Beat the boiled condensed milk with butter until smooth.
- Fill each "shell" with the filling and join the halves. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
