Homemade nut-shaped cookies with condensed milk

I don't know about you, but as a child, I went crazy for these cookies, not the store-bought ones, but my mother's homemade ones with real boiled condensed milk.

Dough:

Flour - 420-450 g

Melted butter - 200 g

Sugar - 100 g

Eggs - 3pcs

Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Filling:

Boiled condensed milk - 400 g

Butter - 100 g

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the eggs with sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and mix.
  3. Add flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
  4. Grease the mold for nut-shaped cookies with butter. Put a little bit of dough into each cavity and bake until golden brown.
  5. Cool the "shells" well.
  6. Beat the boiled condensed milk with butter until smooth.
  7. Fill each "shell" with the filling and join the halves. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
